Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Well Versed with Ms Office
  • Incoming Calls Handling
  • Office Assets Management
  • Email – Check, Sort and Forward Emails.
  • Visitor Handling & Visitor Register Monitoring
  • Receive Letters, Packages Etc. And Distribute Them To The Concerned Person
  • Monitor Office Supplies
  • Keep Updated Records And Files

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 months -1 year.
  • Key Skills:
  1. Must be Tech Savvy.
  2. Must have a strong hold on English and flair for writing.
  3. Must be familiar with MS Office Package.
  4. Should have strong project management skills.
  5. Candidate should have pleasant personality.
  6. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  7. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  8. Customer service orientation
  9. Conferring and coordinating with other departments.
