Responsibilities and Duties:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Well Versed with Ms Office
- Incoming Calls Handling
- Office Assets Management
- Email – Check, Sort and Forward Emails.
- Visitor Handling & Visitor Register Monitoring
- Receive Letters, Packages Etc. And Distribute Them To The Concerned Person
- Monitor Office Supplies
- Keep Updated Records And Files
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Work Experience: Minimum 6 months -1 year.
- Key Skills:
- Must be Tech Savvy.
- Must have a strong hold on English and flair for writing.
- Must be familiar with MS Office Package.
- Should have strong project management skills.
- Candidate should have pleasant personality.
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Conferring and coordinating with other departments.
