Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

The meaning of any Capitalized terms used, but not defined in this document, can be found in the Terms of Use that govern your usage of our Platform, that is the Website (www.patterndrive.com).

Cancellation of User Courses

• Cancellation of course subscriptions is generally not allowed after placement. However, users have a thirty-minute window to cancel their subscription after placing the order.
• Please note that depending on the user's cancellation history, Pattern Drive retains the authority to refuse refunds for user-initiated cancellations, even if they occur within thirty minutes and result in account suspension, as deemed necessary at Pattern Drive's sole discretion.
• In the event of a user canceling their order more than thirty minutes after placing it, Pattern Drive reserves the right to impose a penalty equivalent to 100% of the course subscription amount. This penalty serves as compensation for damages incurred by Pattern Drive due to breach of contract terms. If the user's order is prepaid, there will be no refund of the subscription value. If the subscription is postpaid, the penalty may be recovered from the user's subsequent subscription order to cover the associated costs.

Non-Customer Cancellations

• Pattern Drive maintains the authority to impose a penalty on subscriptions terminated by Pattern Drive for reasons beyond its control, encompassing, but not limited to:
  • Non-compliance with contacting the user via phone or email during course subscription delivery.
  • In the event of user course delivery failure caused by insufficient information, guidance, or user authorization during the course delivery process.
  • In the rare instance where a course item becomes unavailable, Pattern Drive will promptly reach out to the user via the provided phone number to notify them. If this occurs, the user has the right to cancel the entire Order and receive a refund of up to 100% of the Order value.
• No penalties will be charged to users in case of cancellations due to reasons attributable to Pattern Drive.

Refunds

• In the event that Pattern Drive is unable to deliver the course due to reasons within their control, users may be eligible for a refund up to 100% of the course subscription value. However, the assessment of such refunds will be done on a case-by-case basis by Pattern Drive.
• The refund determinations made by us are considered final and binding.
• Refunds will be credited to the user's chosen account based on the payment mechanism, following the estimated timelines provided below.
